Gallop Pet Sitting offers in-home care to eliminate the need for transporting your pets to a new location, which helps reduce their anxiety. Your pets will stay at their home where you know they are secure, giving you peace of mind.
What is the cost?
Gallop Pet Sitting will give you a quote once we understand the services we will provide for you. Quotes will be based on number and types of animals, distance from our base in Camino, California, as well as, your specific requirements. We do offer group discounts for employers planning business retreats or team-building events.
How do we start?
Before we start caring for your animals, we will meet with you and your animals to make sure Gallop Pet Sitting is the best choice for everyone. Email or phone us to set up an appointment to discuss your expectations. We do charge a one hour Meet and Greet in-person fee of $20 to come to your location, meet your animals, and learn about your preferences. If you book with Gallop Petting Sitting the $20 payment will be applied against your first scheduled pet sitting visit.
What comes next?
We will ask for all necessary information and detailed instructions to provide the service you deserve. We will need at least two contact numbers in the event we need to contact while you are away. We also need your veterinary contact information for all animals.
What supplies does the client provide?
You will need to provide food and medications, as needed for your animals. Also supply cleaning supplies that will be needed.
Is Gallop Pet Sitting available during holiday weeks?
YES! We are available all days of the year. Please note that holiday weeks can book up early.
What if I need to change my reservation?
As soon as you know of your need to change your reservation, please contact Gallop Pet Sitting. We can work with you to reschedule your dates based on our availability.
Is there a charge if I need to cancel or reschedule?
If you do not reschedule, and we are unable to schedule another client for your original dates, you may be charged a cancellation penalty.
When is payment due?
Payment is due no later than the first day that services begin. We accept Cash, Venmo, Zelle, and personal checks.
